Speech and Language Services
Assessment
If you are concerned about your child’s speech-language development, our team will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your child's communication skills, which will include parent and teacher interviews, informal observations, and interactions of the child with his family, teachers and peers. Depending on the findings, our speech-language therapist will then recommend further testing using standardized formal assessments, if required. Once a complete picture has been obtained, we recommend therapy targets/goals and create a therapy plan to best support your child’s development at home and/or in school.
