At Wonder Words. we firmly believe that children can apply the strategies learnt during therapy more easily if learnt in their natural environment, such as schools. In schools, we provide intervention in the following ways:

• Screening and Assessment of Speech, Language and Social skills

• Push-in class intervention (one-on-one & small groups)

• Pull-out therapy sessions (one-on-one & small groups)

• Social Skills Therapy (small groups)

• Whole Class Therapy

We encourage a collaborative approach between our therapists and the teachers, families and other professionals involved in the child’s life - including them in the assessment process, intervention planning and implementation of therapy strategies, resulting in a more holistic approach.
